A little help for your next room.

Account deletion

Open Settings → My account → Delete account. Confirm while online. Server projects, selected photos and results are removed and your access credentials are revoked. The membership’s local scan archive is also removed on this device. If access is lost, contact support@roomuary.com; never send your recovery code by email.

Subscription and trial

Roomuary Plus is a monthly or annual Apple subscription. Eligible Apple accounts receive a three-day trial with one design set. Paid plans include four sets each monthly allowance period, including annual plans. Each set offers three alternatives. Unused sets do not roll over. The App Store shows your local price and renewal terms before you confirm.

Use Settings → Plans and subscription → Restore purchases after recovering your Roomuary account. Existing results remain viewable when a subscription expires. Manage or cancel renewal in your iPhone's Apple subscription settings. Account deletion does not cancel your subscription.

Capture and results

LiDAR capture needs a compatible iPhone. Move slowly, show the corners from several positions and follow the upper/lower angle prompts. A partial scan can be saved. Photo designs are AI concepts; 3D uses approximate geometry. Check critical dimensions before buying furniture. Product links are suggestions, not promises of stock or price.

support@roomuary.com. Tell us your app version, iPhone model and what happened. Include room photos only if you choose to. Never send Apple passwords, payment details or recovery codes.

Hesap silme

Ayarlar → Hesabım → Hesabımı sil yolunu aç. İnternete bağlıyken onayla. Sunucudaki projeler, seçilmiş fotoğraflar ve sonuçlar silinir, erişim iptal edilir. Üyeliğe ait bu cihazdaki ham çekimler de silinir. Erişimini kaybettiysen support@roomuary.com adresine yaz; kurtarma kodunu e-postayla gönderme.

Abonelik ve deneme

Roomuary Plus aylık veya yıllık Apple aboneliğidir. Uygun Apple hesapları üç günlük denemede bir tasarım seti kullanır. Ücretli planlarda, yıllık plan dahil, her aylık hak döneminde dört set bulunur. Her sette üç alternatif sunulur. Kullanılmayan hak devretmez. App Store onay öncesi yerel fiyatı ve yenileme koşullarını gösterir.

Roomuary hesabını kurtardıktan sonra Ayarlar → Planlarım ve aboneliğim → Satın alımları geri yükle yolunu kullan. Abonelik sona erdiğinde mevcut sonuçları açabilirsin. Yenilemeyi iPhone'daki Apple abonelik ayarlarından yönet veya iptal et. Hesap silme aboneliği iptal etmez.

Çekim ve sonuçlar

LiDAR çekimi uyumlu iPhone gerektirir. Yavaş ilerle, köşeleri birkaç konumdan göster ve üst/alt açı yönlendirmelerini izle. Yarım taramayı kaydedebilirsin. Fotoğraf tasarımları AI konseptidir; 3D yaklaşık geometri kullanır. Mobilya almadan kritik ölçüleri kontrol et. Ürün bağlantıları öneridir, stok ve fiyat sözü değildir.
