What stays on your iPhone

Roomuary keeps raw LiDAR scans and the full capture archive locally. Your iPhone backup settings may include app data in Apple or computer backups. Exporting a file shares it only with the destination you choose. Camera access is used for room capture; the app does not request your contacts or precise location.

What cloud design uses

After your project-specific permission, up to 12 selected, resized room photos, room measurements, furniture geometry and design preferences are sent to Roomuary's private server. The selected references and design information are sent to OpenAI to create your plan and alternative images. Avoid including people, documents or other private details in selected photos. Roomuary stores the uploaded project, selected photos and generated results so you can reopen them.

Account and payments

A random account ID connects your private projects and Apple purchase records. Supabase Auth verifies your email code, Apple or Google identity. It stores your email and authentication identity; Roomuary maps that verified identity to your private room account. Session credentials are kept in the device Keychain. Existing recovery-code accounts can be linked on their original device; the old credentials are then revoked. Apple processes payments; Roomuary does not receive payment card details. We retain transaction identifiers, subscription status and usage records to verify access and prevent duplicate trial allowances.

Providers and retention

Our hosting provider operates the private server. OpenAI processes selected design inputs through its API; API data is not used for model training by default. Provider safety retention and exceptions can apply; see OpenAI's data controls. Roomuary does not promise zero provider retention. Service processing may occur outside your country.

Your controls

Delete a room to remove its local project and request deletion of its server photos and designs. Offline deletion waits for a connection. In Settings → My account → Delete account, delete all account projects and revoke access. Deleting a membership also removes its raw scan archive from this device. Other devices retain their local files until you delete them there. Auth-provider deletion is retried if the provider is temporarily unavailable; private account access stays closed. Minimal purchase and usage evidence remains to verify subscriptions and prevent trial reuse. Apple manages subscription cancellation separately; deleting Roomuary or its account does not cancel renewal.

There are no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs. Operational logs record request identifiers, status and duration, not photo contents or recovery codes. For access, deletion or privacy help, contact support@roomuary.com. Never send sign-in codes or session credentials.

Proje, seçilmiş fotoğraflar ve sonuçlar yeniden açabilmen için sunucuda saklanır.

Hesap ve ödeme

Rastgele hesap kimliği özel projelerini ve Apple satın alımlarını bağlar. Supabase Auth e-posta kodunu, Apple veya Google kimliğini doğrular; e-postanı ve giriş kimliğini saklar. Roomuary doğrulanmış kimliği özel oda hesabınla eşler. Oturum bilgileri cihazın Anahtar Zinciri’nde tutulur. Eski kurtarma kodlu hesaplar mevcut cihazdan üyeliğe bağlanır; eski erişim kodları iptal edilir. Ödemeyi Apple işler; kart bilgilerin Roomuary'ye ulaşmaz. Aboneliği doğrulamak ve denemenin tekrar kullanımını önlemek için satın alım kimlikleri, abonelik durumu ve kullanım kayıtları saklanır.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve saklama

Barındırma sağlayıcımız özel sunucuyu işletir. OpenAI seçilmiş girdileri API üzerinden işler; API verileri varsayılan olarak model eğitiminde kullanılmaz. Sağlayıcının güvenlik amaçlı saklama kuralları ve istisnaları için OpenAI veri denetimlerine bak. Sağlayıcıda sıfır saklama sözü vermiyoruz. İşleme ülken dışında gerçekleşebilir.

Kontrol sende

Odayı sildiğinde cihazdaki proje kaldırılır, sunucudaki fotoğraf ve tasarımlar için silme isteği gönderilir. Çevrimdışı istek bağlantıyı bekler. Ayarlar → Hesabım → Hesabımı sil ile hesap projelerini silebilir, erişimi iptal edebilirsin. Üyeliği silmek bu cihazdaki ilgili ham tarama arşivini de kaldırır. Diğer cihazlardaki yerel dosyalar orada silinene kadar kalır. Kimlik servisindeki silme işlemi bağlantı kesilirse yeniden denenir; özel hesaba erişim kapalı kalır. Abonelik doğrulama ve denemenin tekrar kullanımını önlemek için asgari satın alım ve kullanım kanıtı korunur. Aboneliği ayrıca Apple'dan iptal etmelisin; hesap silme yenilemeyi durdurmaz.
